Edwina Green, Dip NT CNM, mBANT, mCNHC
Edwina trained in Naturopathic Nutritional at the College of Naturopathic Nutrition in London. She is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
She is a firm believer in natural health and the transformative benefits that good nutrition can bring. Before making the career move to naturopathic nutrition, Edwina ran her own company working in the City of London. Consequently, she is fully aware of the challenges of trying to follow a healthy diet and lifestyle, while juggling full time work and ensuring quality time with family and friends.
Her aim is to educate and motivate her clients about their own health and the benefits of personalised diet and lifestyle. Her nutritional and lifestyle plans are tailored to each individual. They cut through the varied and often conflicting information that we receive via the media and provide an opportunity at each meal to access better health.
Edwina is studying for an MSc in Personal Nutrition and has a particular interest in the connection between our genes and our health; in particular, how working with genes and nutrition can reduce the risk of disease and assist with managing chronic conditions.
