I am a British Wheel of Yoga qualified and experienced teacher. I am passionate about making yoga inclusive for all and for encouraging those who think that yoga isn't for them (it is!) to give it a go. You can expect my sessions to meet you “where you are at” - be down to earth, friendly, fun and all about (re) connecting with yourself on and off the mat. I offer group classes, workshops and private sessions to explore yoga, breathwork, meditation and yogic philosophy with self-compassion, acceptance and kindness for ourselves and others. So "come as you are" you will be most welcomed and may just be surprised!
