Bowen Therapy is a gentle holistic treatment using fingers and thumbs, to make a series of precise rolling – type moves. This creates a vibration, helping to relieve tension and reduce pain. There are short breaks between the moves to allow the body to respond to the moves, and to make subtle changes if the body chooses to. There is no forcing the body into an outcome. Bowen makes a suggestion to the body to re- balance itself.
