Cup-O-T: Wellness and Therapy Services is a non-profit Occupational Therapy and EMDR trauma therapy service for young people and adults. Our registered therapist works with people ages 11 years and upwards.
Join us over on our Cup-O-T Community Facebook group for twice weekly Facebook Lives that offer strategies and discussions on ways to look after your physical and mental health.
We are currently offering 30 minute appointments to manage your mental health, anxiety, stress and routine during the pandemic. These sessions are £20 and can take place on the telephone or as a video-call.
We are continuing to offer occupational therapy and EMDR assessments and therapy sessions via video-call.

Cup-O-T: Wellness and Therapy Services provides Occupational Therapy appointments and wellness sessions for adults and young people aged 11 and above who want to improve their general mental wellness or who’s mental health is stopping them do what they need to and want to do in life.

Wellness sessions are spa treatments for your mind. These sessions help you to feel good about yourself, build your skills and resilience to day to day challenges.

Sessions will take place at a clinic space convenient to you.  Refreshments will be provided throughout your experience.  To book contact us.

At Cup-O-T: Wellness and Therapy Services we offer Occupational Therapy appointments for adults and young people aged 11 years old and up.

Occupational Therapy can help you manage your life and mental wellness in a variety of ways. You do not need to be “unwell” to benefit.  A lot of the work we undertake is to provide you with the skills to ensure you stay mentally well at challenging points in your life.

  • One to one appointments.
  • Couple and family appointments.

Life Changes:

Changes in life can challenge who you feel your are and should be as a person. Occupational Therapy can help you to manage these changes and adapt to new identities and have a meaningful and fulfilling life.

  • Bullying

  • Retirement or leaving work (e.g. military leavers)
  • Illness or injury
  • Relocating

Identity – Who am I?

If you feel you are not able to be yourself, or find it challenging to feel okay around other people; then Occupational Therapy can work with you to establish your sense of identity and be proud of who you are.  This may be through working on the following topics:

  • Self Esteem
  • Assertiveness
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Stress
  • Anger
  • Sexuality

Mental Wellness

Regardless of whether you have a diagnosis or not, an Occupational Therapist can work with you to feel fulfilled in all areas of your life.  We work with the person, not the diagnosis.  If you do have a diagnosis and you feel this is impacting your identity as a person, or impacting you having a meaningful life then please get in contact.  We have worked with a number of people with a variety of diagnoses, for example:
