Dance has always been a great passion of Gail’s and she trained as a community dance leader with Laban Guild. The classes are based on contemporary technique along with elements of of many other dance styles that Gail has encountered along the way – samba, salsa, African, jazz, folk etc. The classes are made up of music from around the world and the whole emphasis is on enjoyment in a supportive atmosphere.

Most of us are aged 50+ years, adults of any age are welcome though. Do get in touch if you’d like to join.
