Karen has provided a couple of free relaxation hypnosis recordings to help you during this time. So make sure you are somewhere safe to close your eyes, where you won’t be disturbed, and unplug from the world.

The first one is 30 minutes long and can be listened to as and when you feel it will benefit you. The second one is longer (20 minutes talking with 30 minutes music) and should ideally be listened to everyday for 21 days for maximum benefit, or listen to it when required and it is safe to close your eyes.
