A little about Kate…

Kate graduated in 2007 from St George’s, University of London with a BSc (Hons) degree. After completing my clinical rotations at Guys & St Thomas’ Foundation Hospital, Kate’s career was taken overseas where she worked in musculoskeletal within Hong Kong’s leading private clinic. Kate also completed her training in Clinical Pilates (Polestar), enabling her to develop both her manual therapy and rehabilitation skills. Upon moving back to the UK with her family in 2014, Kate felt a natural focus towards Women’s Health, and completed specialist training (POGP).

Kate is now working as a senior Women’s Health Physiotherapist at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital, where she treats pregnancy related musculoskeletal conditions, as well as urinary incontinence, prolapse and pelvic floor dysfunctions.

Kate also enjoys teaching group based Pilates Classes. With a strong background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, especially spinal and hip pathology, combined with her knowledge and passion for rehabilitation through Pilates, Kate is confident she can help you regain your core strength and return to optimal fitness.
