Rossiter Stretching with Monica Salisbury
Rossiter Stretching is a type of fascial stretch therapy using a pin and stretch method. It is unique in the way the coach anchors the tissue with their foot and it puts the client in charge of the treatment, stretching the pain away from the inside out. The foot is used as the anchor to increase the traction and give quicker, more effective results. Rossiter focuses on the cause of pain, not the symptoms of pain.
Like many other complementary/alternative modalities – and unlike traditional medicine – The Rossiter System zeroes in on the causes of pain, stress, tightness and related symptoms that arise when connective tissue becomes short, tight, traumatised or constricted inside the body with the client and coach work together to stretch the pain away.
Monica loves getting clients out of pain and improving their range of motion, no one should have to just ‘put up with it’.
