Classes on Mondays at 8-9pm
Weekly classes all year round for relaxation, balance (physical and mental), stress management and posture. Build strength, co-ordination and focus through the meditative practice of the form; a sequence of connected postures embodying the yin-yang concepts of constant change and harmony.
John-Paul started practicing tai chi in 2009, learning from Martin Fayers, Mike Taylor, Therese Teo Mei Mei and Yang Jun. His studies continue while he passes on what he has learnt, teaching Traditional Yang Style (Long Form) tai chi since 2017.
The classes he runs are friendly and informal, teaching is matched to the ability of all present. If you’re interested, try your first class at no charge. Wear loose comfortable clothing, bring water if required.
One to one tuition or small group practice is available on request.
