COVID-19 UPDATE: Izzy is currently offering interactive video classes on Zoom on Wednesdays at 11:15, Thursdays 6:15 pm & Fridays 10:15am. These classes are also available as recordings, & have been really successful. They are a wonderful way to experience the social benefits of a group yoga practice, while receiving guidance & corrections from Izzy. General Yoga class Information:

90 minute drop in classes are £9.50 each or £48 for a 6 class pass.

60 minute drop in classes are £8.50 each or £45 for a 6 class pass.

Izzy aims to create a welcoming, relaxed & supportive environment for every student, encouraging you to practice at your own pace, and leaving you feeling energised, yet calm.

Across the range of classes which Izzy offers, she invites you to join her for a fusion of flowing Hatha Yoga, uplifting and balancing your body and mind. Izzy is able to adapt her classes to suit the needs of her students, guiding you through a range of practices. Izzy incorporates techniques such as pranayama (yogic breathing), & monthly you’ll have a chance to enjoy yoga nidra ( a 30 minute guided deep relaxation ), Yin Yoga ( relaxing held poses to deepen flexibility ).

She offers a variety of yoga classes, allowing you to find the right class for you – no matter what your age, previous experience, or ability. Choose from:

Ideally please arrive for class with an empty stomach and wearing comfortable clothing you can move easily in. All mats, props and blankets are provided.

“I have been attending Izzy’s yoga at the space for over two years and find yoga really helps me to keep calm and supple. It’s an hour in the week for me. In this current situation I was feeling anxious about everything and not being able to go to yoga didn’t help. Although I’m not really very good with  IT I easily downloaded the Zoom app and joined the classes. It was good to see the other people who I usually see weekly and Izzy led the class as usual,  her voice came across clearly. It felt almost like we were at The Space.
