Karen is passionate about supporting people at ‘The Space’ in Burston to reach their weight loss goals. You can do this with support, so take responsibility for your health and go for it.

*Weight loss using this process can promote a positive change to your lifestyle and your beliefs so being healthy becomes a natural habit.

*Diets are based on the feeling of DEPRIVATION and SACRIFICE, so once you finish a diet and return to eat the same as before or more because you have been deprived, you of course put the weight

*When you stand naked in front of the mirror and look healthy and feel happy with your weight loss and shape; that is your ideal weight.

*Our bodies need good quality nutritious fuel to provide the ENERGY we need to live a fulfilling life.

Through these sessions I can support you with weight loss and to;
