Louise is a Registered Nutritionist who works with people who are exhausted by breakouts, bloating, hormone chaos and the way all of this has crept into how they eat and how they feel about their body. If you are juggling adult acne, an unpredictable gut, PMS or heavy periods, plus a loud inner critic and a long list of foods you think you can't eat, then this is the space to untangle it. Louise helps you understand what is going on underneath your symptoms and gently rebuilds your skin, gut and hormone health in a way that quietens food noise instead of adding more rules.

Louise offers two main ways to work together at The Space, depending on how much support you need:

Foundations Programme

A shorter 3-month programme, designed to get clear on what is going on, put the key pieces in place and give you a focused plan to follow. Ideal if your symptoms are newer, or you want expert input and accountability without a long‑term commitment.

Rebalance Programme

A deeper, more spacious 6-month programme for skin, gut and hormone issues that have been rumbling on for a while or feel more complex. It is particularly suited to people whose acne or symptoms have nudged them into food rules, binge–restrict swings or a strained relationship with their body, and who need support that respects both their skin and their mental health. Rebalance gives time to investigate what is going on, work gently around disordered eating patterns, adjust your plan as you go and properly bed in changes, so you are not trying to untangle everything on your own.

Your skin flares (spots, congestion, redness) and is quietly affecting your confidence, social life or food choices. Your gut is unpredictable, with bloating or discomfort that makes clothes, meetings or meals out feel like hard work. Your hormones feel off, with PMS, painful or heavy periods, energy crashes, or low mood that you have been told are just part of being a woman. You are stuck in the messy middle with food: lots of rules, a long list of foods you are excluding, and still no real answers.

In sessions, Louise looks at the full picture: your symptoms, health history, medication, test results (if relevant), food patterns and your daily routine. Together you will build a clear, realistic plan using food, supplements (where appropriate) and simple lifestyle shifts that are actually doable during a busy week. Her approach is calm, evidence‑informed and food‑first. You will not be asked to follow extreme diets or cut out entire food groups. Louise is trained to work gently around disordered eating patterns, so your relationship with food is always part of the conversation.

The aim is long‑term change rather than quick fixes: less time worrying about breakouts, your gut or your next period, and more headspace for the rest of your life.
