Drawing and Talking Emotional Group Work offers a supportive and creative space for individuals to gently explore their inner emotional world.
This approach will help you build awareness of how you are feeling, express those feelings safely through symbolic drawing, and realise that you are not alone - others often experience similar emotions.
Each week, our group will focus on a different emotion, such as fear, kindness, etc...., encouraging self-reflection and shared understanding.
The process promotes self-discovery, emotional expression, and connection, all within a contained, gentle and non-judgmental environment.
No drawing skills are needed - just an openness to explore emotions through simple drawing and shared reflection.
Small group, warm and welcoming atmosphere.
8 weeks programme, 45 min sessions, same day, same place, same time each week.
