We are delighted to be hosting these monthly events, organised by community association Burston Community Wellbeing Projects.

Everyone is welcome to come for the full afternoon, taking part in various activities, or just pop in for a particular activity or as much time as you would like.

Booking is essential for the wellbeing activities - see below for all the info needed to book your spot. But if you would like to just come along for a cup of tea and a chat then booking is not needed.

Everything on offer is absolutely FREE of charge and is offered on a first come first served basis.

Physiotherapist-led Pilates for Low Back Pain & Deep Tissue & Sports Massage tasters available - whether you need to unwind or would like a more therapeutic approach, with Sarah.

45 minutes Pilates Class and 20 minute massage tasters

Massage 1:30-2:15 & 4-5.30pm

Pilates Class 2:45-3:30

Pilates is a great exercise to improve low back pain. In this gentle class, physiotherapist Sarah guides you through ways to stretch and strengthen your low back and core muscles. This class is suitable for everyone that can comfortably get on and off the floor and will focus on slow controlled mindful movements. Variations and different levels will be provided for every movement. Get in touch to find out more and book on.

Soothing Sound Bath 1:30 - 2:30 pm

Sound Therapy uses vibrations, created by playing specialist instruments in therapeutic ways, in order to sooth your mind and body.

Pilates Class to stretch and lengthen with Francesca 4:30-5:30 pm

This class will focus on stretching and lengthening. Physiotherapy-led Pilates is an excellent form of exercise to support existing joint/muscle pains, or for those generally trying to improve their overall core strength, flexibility and fitness.

Trigger Point Pilates Class with Alison

A Trigger Point Pilatesβ„’ class combines classical Pilates moves to strengthen the core with clinical myofascial principles to help alleviate chronic pain conditions. The class is designed to release tightness, enhance functional daily movement, and restructure the body. This class is suitable for everyone from elite athletes to those rehabilitating post-surgery. Fascia restrictions occur in everyone, regardless of age, activity, or fitness levels.

15 Minute Menopause consultations with Victoria

1:30-5:30 pm

Peri and post-menopause support provided by registered nurse Victoria. A consultation with Victoria will help you to dispel those myths around the menopause and learn to feel in control of your menopause journey.
