Sand Tray Therapy with Jo Ingram
Private sessions x2 available between 12.30- 2.15pm
Sand Tray Therapy is an expressive, creative therapy technique that offers a protective space to engage in the mind-body connection whilst using natural, grounding elements.
It can prove to be a useful tool for people of all ages. Creating stories in the sand that represent our inner worlds can enable us to become aware of unknown past and current challenges in life. By identifying areas that may require attention can assist in self-awareness and personal growth.

James Barley is a Master Healer with over 30 years of experience and a qualified member of The Healing Trust.
Energy healing is a natural practice where James acts as a conduit, channeling energy to realign your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Whether you're dealing with stress, imbalance, or simply looking to restore your energy, James intuitively directs healing energy to where it's most needed, releasing blockages and restoring harmony.
What to Expect:
Physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual realignment
Release of energy blockages and renewal of energy flow
Peace of mind and a greater sense of well-being
Ongoing healing long after your session
James works with an open heart and encourages you to approach the session with an open mind, trusting the process. The benefits of healing are often subtle but can lead to lasting improvements in your overall health and well-being.
