Reflexology or Indian Head Massage with Zoie
Reflexology is a non-invasive, relaxing therapy working on pressure points predominantly on the feet, but also hands and face. Reflexologists believe that the body is represented in the foot and that by massaging and working pressure points on the feet they can dissolve blockages/crystals thus allowing the body to heal itself physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Indian head massage is a treatment that focuses on your back, neck, head and face. It can help with hair growth, relieving stress and tension as well as improved sleep.
