We are delighted to be hosting these monthly events, organised by Community Association Burston Community Wellbeing Projects.
Everyone is welcome to come for the full afternoon, taking part in various activities, or just pop in for a particular activity or as much time as you would like.
Booking is essential for the wellbeing activities and light evening meal - see below for all the info needed to book your spot.
If you would like to just come along for a cup of tea and a chat, then booking is not needed.

3.30pm-Mindfulness Cafe (no booking required)
Join us for our mindfulness cafe, have a cuppa & a healthy snack, bring a book to read (or swap- lots of books available), play cards, do some knitting, play a board game or bring your own craft or hobby to do amongst friends.
Switch off from our digital world and calm your mind!
3.30pm- 5pm Crystal Healing with Sarah Patterson
4-5pm Group Relaxation Session with Hypnotherapist Jeanette Creasey
5.15- 6.15pm Forest Bathing Aromatherapy Workshop with Tracy Allin-Baker
6.15- 7.30pm Light Evening Meal provided by Marigold Catering

Crystal Healing with Sarah Patterson
Crystal healing is an holistic therapy that uses crystals to promote healing and wellness. Crystals channel energy and restore balance to the body.
How it works:
Crystals are placed on or around the body
Crystals are laid out in geometric patterns The healer may guide the recipient through meditation and breathing exercises
Benefits Mental wellbeing:
Crystals are said to help with stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia
Pain relief: Crystals are said to help with muscle tension and physical pain
Emotional healing: Crystals are said to help with self-love, kindness, and relationship healing

Are you curious about hypnotherapy? Would you like to find out more? Hypnosis is for relaxation, and for releasing stress and anxiety, and itβs beneficial for many other issues too. Come along to explore the many uses of hypnotherapy.

Aromatherapy Workshop with Tracy Allin-Baker
This relaxing workshop will include a short introduction to aromatherapy. You will then get to smell some βforest bathingβ essential oils and learn a little bit about each one.
Finished off with a βForest Walkβ guided meditation- leave feeling serene & relaxed!
