Step into the groove, and find your flow with a Yoga Disco & Breathwork, the ultimate blend of yoga, dance, and breath work! This weekly class is a fun, self paced experience where traditional yoga postures meet the rhythm of disco beats. Warm up and move your body, elevate your energy level, and dance your way through a playful and liberating sequence that stretches, strengthens, and uplifts your spirit.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat, Yoga Disco & Breathwork is for everyone! The class incorporates fluid movement, creative transitions, and mindful breathing, encouraging you to melt away tension and embrace the joy of movement. To wrap up, we’ll wind down with a calming breathwork experience to connect the mind and body to the soul, helping you reset, recharge, and leave with a sense of peace and balance
No experience or equipment necessary, self paced sessions. This class is full vibrant energy to start, flowing through ancient yogic movements & positions, finishing with cleansing & grounding guided breath work techniques.

Come for the yoga, stay for the disco, and finish with a breath of fresh air. Bring your bottle of water, an open heart, and your love of music. Let's groove! Equipment is provided but you are welcome to bring your own mat & blanket for the breathwork session ॐ

Weekly Yin & flow yoga with guided meditation sessions... No experience or equipment necessary, self paced sessions. Positions held for extended periods of time using supports for maximum comfort.
What to expect... Unwind, restore, and reconnect in this deeply nourishing yoga class. Designed to soothe the nervous system and release deep-seated tension, this session blends the gentle, meditative movement of Yoga flow with the profound relaxation of Yin Yoga & Meditation. For our journey through traditional yoga flows (sequences of movements flowing into the next position) to modern Yin yoga we'll be using a range of supportive props—including bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, and eye pillows—you’ll be guided through long-held, floor-based postures that target the body’s deep connective tissues, promoting flexibility, circulation, and emotional release.
As the practice unfolds, breath awareness and mindfulness techniques will invite a sense of inner peace and balance. Supported by props and mindful breath work, this practice allows you to soften and surrender into stillness. The session concludes with a guided meditation practice, a powerful form of conscious relaxation that allows you to rest, easing stress and enhancing overall well-being. In this deeply restful state, your body, mind and soul can reset, promoting better sleep, mental clarity, and overall well-being.
Perfect for all levels, this class is an invitation to slow down, restore, and reconnect with yourself. No prior yoga experience is needed—just bring your mat, a cozy blanket, and an open heart. All equipment & facilities are provided by The Space.

Individual & partner based classes in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, Kriya, Kundalini, Nidra, Yin (multiple schools including ancient traditional as well as modern western schools of yoga). Guided use of Madras (hand gestures), Bandhas (locks & restrictions), and chanting (singing).
Breathwork ~ Guided ancient breathwork sequences with accupressure points & tapping for release of emotional energies.
EFT (emotional freedom technique also known as tapping)
Classes can be altered to suit the needs of the clients to include people with disabilities or offering a more advanced guided experience to people of all ages.

Massage treatments are offered in slots:
20 min - £20 mini massage
40mins - £45 (focusing on either upper or lower body, front or back)
60mins - £65 (full body).
