Boxercise is a fun class, that will really work you hard. It will help increase both your strength and fitness. Classes give you all the fundamentals of boxing without the physical contact other than with pads. The class can include pad work, shadow boxing, aerobic exercises, strength and toning exercises, circuit style classes and even games to keep it interesting.
Kirsty also offers private small group session and Personal Training sessions. These include a free consultation and monthly reviews. During the sessions you can choose from Boxercise, HIIT, Circuits, Legs Bums and Tums or general Fitness and Toning. Within your Personal training sessions, Kirsty can look into your diet and nutrition and help you alter it accordingly to achieve your goals! Sessions combine strength and conditioning with a supportive, friendly vibe, so you can get fit while your little one comes too.
As a mum myself, I know exactly what postnatal bodies need, and my classes are all about building strength, confidence, and connecting with other mums in a judgement-free space.
