I specialise in Women's Health and support women who experience unpleasant symptoms (most often hormone-related) such as acne, irregular/painful/absent period, hirsutism, low energy, low mood, anxiety, insomnia, infertility, weight gain, hair loss, headaches, etc. I help them to understand what might be causing their symptoms. Once I have a better idea of what's going on in their bodies, I create a plan with nutrition, lifestyle and supplementation recommendations. I might also use functional testing with my clients to help identify the root causes of their symptoms.

I see clients for a minimum of 3 months as I believe it is necessary to take time, in order to implement new habits if we want to sustain them in the long-term. I want my clients to feel empowered to take control of their health and well-being.

I offer various packages, each with a specific condition or goal in mind. They all include one-to-one consultations with me and some of them also include functional blood tests. See more on my website: https://www.releafnutritionaltherapy.com/workwithme

> Louise Goulding

She focuses on the crossover between acne, digestive issues, hormone changes and the food rules and body image worries that often sit alongside them. Her work combines personalised nutrition, lifestyle support and an awareness of your relationship with food, so any changes you make are effective, realistic and not rooted in extreme restriction or shame.
